What is that blob you ask ? Why it's dulce de leche, of course!!
I made the dulce de leche using the oven method last night according to the inside label from the can and it worked out great. No worrying about scraping it off the ceiling when using the stove top method ! Then I put it into a glass and refridgerated it to use later...like tonight warmed and poured over vanilla ice cream. It's so very good. Try it sometime. It's very easy to make.
